Well, hitting 30,000 words on my novel thus far.
Sad part is, I really don't have a lot of it done. 1/5 at the most.
with the most recent alterations, it feels like I've hardly started at all.
I write out of order, spanning from an outline, so it feels like even less.
I guess it is amounting to something. I never would have guessed 30K.
It's not a lot; but then again, neither is what I've written (to be honest, a prolouge, four finished chapters, with close to another four nearly finished, and several more little random scenes)

Oh well. no time to dwell on that. I have more to write. ;D

Okay so maybe TRY left us hanging on those unusual developing Slayers relatiohship
But Revolution seems to be delivering. :D AND NEW OPENING ANIMATION~

Slayers Revolution is premiering on TV Tokyo in approx. 12 Hours....

I'll be streaming it with my crappy little program *ABYSMAL QUALITY BUT STILL* and then hopefully catching a subbed version in the next few days. What can I say? Fandom rules all.

Anyway, my ten hopes for Revolution are:

1) Luna Inverse/ Zelas/ L-sama will have speaking rolls at some point. Even if it's like...a sentence or just a scene... I WANT IT. THEY DON'T EVEN NEED TO TALK; JUST TO BE PICTURED XDD.. *Honestly, I'd prefer it was something small, but meaningful, rather then throwing a character like that into a huge roll. I will die the day that the Inverse sisters have to go on an adventure together. OCC. OCC. OCC. *bad fan fiction flashback*


2)That it will follow the novels as planned.

3) THAT IT WILL NOT HAVE AN EPIC PHAYUL ENDING (... I liked Try's ending, what are you talking about)

4) That after ten years, the original voice cast (which is returning :3) still has, 'the touch,'

5) LINA!GOURRY FLUFF. DAMN IT. LIFEBLOOD

6) No Sylphiel. Nuff said...

7) That it doesn't end up being like an extended Slayers movie. PLOT PLZ.

8) Xelloss x No one. The man is a mazoku ...or monster if we wanna be dub kiddies... love and happiness make him HURT. It just can't happen by the laws of the Slayers world... even if it would be kinda cute.

9) That when it is eventually dubbed, ADV gets it. (I mean, really, the original dubbing company went bankrupt so no chance in hell at the original English cast, but ADV generally *puts some thought* into who gets casted as who. They do a pretty damn good job.)

10. SORE WA...HIMITSU DESU~

Today was probably my least eventful day since the beginning of the summer. I laid around, downloaded some stuff, watched slayers (LOL OBSESSION XD) and made plans for the weekend. Now I feel lazy, and it's one a.m. and I'm still full of energy... but my computer power cord is being silly, so I can't trust it to be alone while it's downloading. D: Oh, bother... It'll probably be morning before I get to go jogging (...me, jogging? Crazy, right? I'm sure they will remember me that way >:D WHOO VIVA LA REVOLUTION)... anyway, Megaupload is getting on my nerves >:( annnnnd so is some writing stuff, but that's just...life, I guess.

Leave it to me to finally figure out the entire outline of Book I, and then suddenly, BOOM, a few days of constant phone interruptions and Lestat gawking (interview with the vampire... so cool, yet oh, so creepy. Thank you, Claudia >_>) and suddenly I can't seem to write at all. I'm hoping I'm not about to enter one of those six month slumps again-- things have been going too well for that. /_\ *sigh*

In other news, I got my report card today. Grades aside, my final GPA for this year was a 3.2. Not...too terrible... but actually not that great either. I'm hoping to graduate with a 3.5 at least, not because I need to get into any specific college or anything (...chances are I'll end up at EMU, and they only require a 2.0-2.5 in some cases) but just because I'd like to have my options more...open. I'm not too worried about GPAs and stuff, though. I mean, crap, one of my friends got into Columbia with a 2.9 because she wrote a *killer* essay. I'm probably going to apply to a few other places aside from EMU, but just for the sake of ease, I know I'll probably go there anyway. A lot of my friends wanna go to school in New York or California or something (San Fransisco being a hot spot for like, five of them @_@*COUGH* secretly gay, much? *COUGH*) but I really am not into the whole big city thing...especially for Undergrad. I dunno about after that... but hey, I'm like, six years plus away from those decisions so whatever for now. xDD

I am two days away from dying my friend's hair. I have warned her; I will probably DESTROY HER in UBER PHAYUL.... but she will not believe that, and is forcing me to commence with this. Oh well... Geoff will be there, too, so if it all goes to hell, I can just blame it on him xDD;; (there's a huge inside joke here... my friend and I have discovered that at any time, absolutely anything can be blamed on this kid, Geoff, and always, ends up being somewhat accurate) Hehehe.... I'll write on this a bit later...

One final note...
I saw Indy 4 the other day... It was Epic. :D Harrison Ford, you are still beautiful... although you are older than my mother... you still look like the *SEXY* Han Solo of yesteryear in my eyes. :DDDDD

I cannot wait until July for Slayers Revolution to come out. TRY sort of sucked in comparison to the other two series (umm epic phayuled in comparison to NEXT; which is FOREVER AND FOR ALWAYS THE BEST SERIES OF SLAYERS) and I was really sad to see it end there for so many years. I always hoped they'd continue the Slayers project, and this year, I got my wish. Like, five more novels, the "Meet Again" short, and now... SLAYERS REVOLUTION, THE FOURTH SERIES, COMES OUT IN JULY :DDDD *Squeal*

I love the trailers for this thing. The animation looks *SO GOOD* in comparison to the older series...which lets face it, are pretty dated, animation wise. They still look cool, but DANG, this new stuff looks *great* :D

I'm fifteen (almost sixteen, amazingly) and about to become a Junior in high school. I'm not that bad of a student; I'll probably graduate with a 3.5 GPA and I honestly have no idea what I'll do for college. I imagine I'll end up in Florida.
I like to write. I don't know if I'm a good author or not; it's just something I feel called to do. I want to be an English Teacher one day, and eventually, a college professor. It's probably ironic that I intend to go through so much higher education when I really dislike high school, but I don't think college is like H.S. at all, and I'm not worried about that.
There's not much else I can say off the top of my head... I guess, everything else is situational. That's what this journal is for-- to document situations, events, etc.
